How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?
As an Engineer, Water you will be joining our NSW ACT Water Team as a key member of a highly skilled team. We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart.
Your role will include:
- Design and develop water and wastewater network and pumpstation facilities and systems
- Prepare project proposals, engineering reports, and cost estimates
- Manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies
- Provide technical support to clients and team members
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water and wastewater systems

What are we looking for from you?

We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater system planning and design
- Experience in project coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software
