The opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to provide inspiring and influential leadership for the Network Assets and Operations and Maintenance Delivery teams to deliver outstanding customer and community outcomes. This will be achieved by developing and leading a team of engaged and capable people and ensuring CHW is optimising the operations and maintenance of CHW’s assets leading self-performing teams and service providers via sound strategy and execution.

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Relevant qualifications and professional experience at a senior leadership level.
- Proven experience in managing teams using values-based leadership with a focus on integrity, including the ability to coach and develop staff.
- Extensive working knowledge and experience of water industry or similar discipline including commercial analysis.
- Proven track record of positively influencing outcomes via customer and key stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to align operational/tactical work priorities to strategic objectives of the business.
