Inclusive Leadership Essentials

Online Masterclass
12, 13 & 14 July 2023 | 9:30am - 12:30pm AEST

Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people, people with disability, carers, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds continue to experience inequitable treatment at work.

Inclusive leaders create environments where all people are able to be their best selves at work, and are able to apply their unique skills and experiences in ways that add value for them, their colleagues, and their organisations. They also emphasise people’s different cultural, educational, and religious backgrounds and life experiences. In short, they are critical.

This course will empower and equip you to develop inclusive leadership traits and behaviours, where everyone feels valued and respected. Inclusive leaders use a combination of self-awareness and empathy to drive team performance and group success. This course will help you to reflect on your own bias and values in order to make a shift towards being an inclusive leader who ensures that team members are heard, respected, valued, and retained.
