What you’ll do:
- Deliver timely and accurate spatial science mapping and reporting, combined with verification and analysis methodologies to meet WaterNSW and customer needs
- Deliver and maintain spatial data services to internal clients, including supporting metadata, symbology and technical documentation
- Consolidating and verifying datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Provide spatial application support to internal clients, including training and technical documentation
- Build relationships across WaterNSW teams and divisions to enable efficient data gathering, integration and dissemination of spatial advice
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a complementary field, such as Spatial Science, Computing Engineering, Water Resources, Environmental Science or Data Analytics
- Experience with ArcPro and ESRI portal or ArcGIS Online
- Experience working with or developing spatial datasets
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and ability to work in a hybrid team environment
- Ability to communicate analysis to a range of audiences using Geographical Information Systems, high level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
