About the role

As Water Infrastructure Program Coordinator in the Water Policy and Planning team, you will work on a range of strategically important water projects that are transforming Tasmania.

  • Deliver, manage, and coordinate funding associated with the expanding water infrastructure projects.
  • Be part of improving the reliability, security, and sustainability of water for Tasmania’s region and primary industry sectors.
  • Partner with the Australian Government and private enterprises.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and monitor project progress.

Our ideal candidate

  • Experience in tracking and reporting on funding associated with infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding on environmental and financial aspects of infrastructure development.
  • High level organisation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
