About Us: NT Recycling Solutions (ntrs), a leader in waste management and recycling in the Northern Territory since 2005, is seeking a dedicated WH&S Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Darwin. We're committed to environmental sustainability and setting industry standards in waste recycling.

Role Overview:

As our WH&S Coordinator, you'll ensure all operations within our waste recycling facility comply with workplace health and safety regulations. Your role is crucial in minimising risks, improving safety protocols, and maintaining our commitment to a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain WH&S policies
• Manage safety programs and enhance safety culture
• Oversee and administer the WH&S system and processes
• Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits
• Manage workplace incidents and conduct safety training
• Other duties commensurate with skills and experience

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and training skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Experience in WHS, preferably in the waste recycling industry
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
• Experience interpretating Australian WH&S legislation
