About the opportunity

Due to exciting new project wins, we are seeking an Associate or Senior Engineer to join our team, working on civil engineering design and provide advisory services. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of integrated projects and enjoy true variety in your work. This role will see you:

  • Being recognised as a technical lead on complex, multi-disciplinary land development projects and contributing a high degree of quality engineering solutions
  • Managing small to medium scale design projects such as waterway design, stormwater harvesting schemes and wetlands
  • Exposed to project management opportunities which would include managing invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issues
  • Contributing to stormwater management plans and water strategy, influencing environmental policy
  • Mentoring and developing graduates and junior engineers, fostering a strong professional development culture

About you

First and foremost, you share our passion for achieving the best project outcomes through collaboration and inclusive teamwork. You are a seasoned Civil or Environmental Engineer with a proven track record successfully delivering land development projects and associated infrastructure, ready to take on a technical lead role. You will come to us with:

  • Experience in design of urban drainage design, WSUD, flood management and waterway assets, dams and alternative water systems.
  • Proficient in MUSIC, RORB, HECRAS, TUFLOW and DRAINS.
  • A keen interest in flood modelling, integrated water management planning, or environmental policy planning
  • Previous experience leading, developing and mentoring teams and individuals
  • A passion for teamwork and collaboration; fostering a multidisciplinary approach to projects
  • Previous experience with water authorities, local council or water corporations will be highly regarded.
