Power and Water Corporation is a Northern Territory Government (NTG) owned utility that operates across a geographic area of 1.3 million square kilometres and within a range of diverse environmental conditions, ranging from the arid dry of the central desert to the tropical monsoon of the top end. The corporation generates, transmits and distributes electricity, supplies water and wastewater treatment services across the Northern Territory (NT) for the benefit of residents, including remote and isolated Aboriginal communities and outstations.

As the Senior Project Manager you will contribute to operational effectiveness by supporting the delivery to water and wastewater infrastructure projects within the time, budget, quality and safety requirements set by Power and Water.

We are searching for a candidate who has significant experience in managing projects, contracts and consultancy’s in the water industry. The candidate should have the ability to provide technical advice in product selection, and options and design analysis to ensure solutions meet Service Level Agreement and regulatory requirements. The Senior Project Manager role requires the candidate to have a Diploma of Engineering and relevant project and and/or contract management skills in water industry with the ability to get to buy-in from stakeholders. Demonstrated experience at delivering essential services or capital projects in remote locations and in a cross culture environment would be considered highly desirable.
