Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia’s largest rural water corporation responsible for storing, managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria. GMW provides more than 39,000 services to about 25,000 customers in its operating region.

Based in Tatura, you will join the Water Quality team and be responsible for ensuring water quality risks are monitored and managed across GMW’s region, in particular blue green algae.

You will utilise your technical skills and scientific knowledge to help GMW meet its regulatory and customer obligations. This will include liaison with operational staff, assessing risks to water quality and processing and interpreting data.

Degree qualified, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the principals of land and water management along with a knowledge of government policies, strategies and guidelines in relation to water resource & catchment management.
