Assistant Coordinator

Part-time (20 Hours p/w) - Fixed term (6 months)

Are you interested in improving community participation in protecting the natural environment? CCC seeks a part-time Assistant Coordinator (February to July 2018).You should have an awareness of the environmental challenges in Central Queensland and the ability to gather knowledge of nature conservation threats and opportunities. You will assist the Coordinator with information displays, newsletters, posters and website updates as well as plan and conduct public events. In addition to representing CCC at meetings, consulting with government agencies and community groups you will draft Environmental Impact Statement comments and undertake research and analysis of environmental policies and practices.
