This unique role will enable you to lead the cultural and biodiversity management of a global environmental treasure and connect with the oldest living culture on earth.

You will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to all aspects of the environmental and cultural management of this world heritage park which is the largest in Australia and covers almost 20,000 square kilometres. In this cross-cultural environment, you’ll work closely with Kakadu’s traditional owners and other stakeholders to manage the natural and cultural values of this World Heritage listed park. Kakadu has over 2,000 plant species and some of the most diverse animal species, coupled with a living cultural landscape dating back 50,000 years presenting you with one of the most all-encompassing cultural and biodiversity management roles in Australia and possibly the world.
