This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key management role in one of Australia’s most iconic and spectacular national parks – Kakadu National Park. This unique National Park Operations role would have to be regarded as one of the most significant in Australia. You will be working with a passionate team in to manage a global treasure in partnership with the oldest living culture on earth.

You will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to all aspects of the day to day operational management of this world heritage park which is the largest in Australia and covers almost 20,000 square kilometres. It is a place of enormous ecological and biological diversity, and is renowned around the world as a visually spectacular tourist and visitor attraction.

The opportunity to lead a team of dedicated Rangers in all aspects of protected area management, while protecting its importance to the Aboriginal traditional owners and conserving its World Heritage values is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Building highly effective relationships with both the tourism industry and other key stakeholders will be instrumental to your success in the role, however this will be something you are very capable of and have a passion for.

Your drive and motivation for managing a diverse range of park operational aspects, and leading people and processes to achieve a high standard of service delivery will help make this role become the ultimate career rewarding experience.
