WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are currently looking for a Team Leader (Urban Development) to join our Brisbane team. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Urban Development Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career. This role will offer a balance of leadership, client management and technical project delivery.  

WHO YOU ARE

The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader, who will effectively coach and mentor their team, focusing on employee engagement and retention as well as creating a strong cross-divisional Urban Development and Infrastructure community across the business.

Applicants will ideally have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Urban Development with strong experience working across greenfield and brownfield projects. You will also have demonstrated experience in growing teams and developing new business or a passionate to take the next step and move into this role.
