About the role

 

Leading a small team, the role manages a portfolio of Corporate Partnerships by developing partnership relationships, securing new corporate business partners, and stewarding the delivery of existing relationships to drive income in support of WWF’s strategic goals.  The role works closely with large companies, commercial project partners, government, and certification bodies to encourage sustainable behaviours and business practices that produce tangible results towards the conservation of our planet, habitats and species. 

 

Skills, knowledge and experience 

  • Experience developing, implementing and managing corporate engagements strategies, with a track record forecasting and raising income to deliver on income targets.

  • Technical experience in risk management and analysis.

  • Experience leading and managing staff with a focus on high performance team working.

  • Strong project management, analytical and complex problem solving skills.

  • Strategic relationship building skills at a senior level including excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

A knowledge of supply chains, preferably in relation to seafood sustainability and/or fisheries management would be an advantage, along with an advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Sustainability is desirable.
