What you need to know...

  • permanent full time - 70 hours per fortnight
  • salary - $71,671 - $85,469 per annum, plus superannuation
  • location - South Grafton

About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity ‘to plan and deliver services valued by the community’?  Do you like a variety of work across a wide geographic area?  If you are interested in water and sewerage operations, apply to join Clarence Valley Council’s Water Cycle team for the opportunity grow your skills in one of the most scenic, beautiful and geographically diverse areas of New South Wales.

We are seeking a budding applicant to assist with construction and maintenance works associated with Councils water supply and sewerage services.  There is a great variety of work as the assets the Water Cycle section is responsible for include an extensive water and sewer network of pipes, sewer and water pump stations, water supply reservoirs, sewage treatment plants and chlorination plants.

This position is located at Council's Rushforth Road Works Depot, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A probation period applies to this position.
