NSW Government agency is looking for a Project Specialist to focus on sustainability & solar projects for the agency.
 
The Role:  

• Project manage solar PV, energy storage and other sustainability related works to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Project manage research and investigative activities to identify commercial energy opportunities to maximise benefits from renewable energy and energy storage infrastructure.
• Provide administrative support to manage collection, analysis and reporting documentation on the department’s internal asset management system related to works undertaken by the Sustainability team.
• Utilise strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills to foster strong and productive working relationships with team members, administrative managers, Departmental staff and external contractors.
• Utilise HP Records Manager, SAP, internal Asset Management System and shared Outlook mailboxes to support the team.
• Actively contribute to the shared knowledge and expertise of the Sustainability team.

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field like Construction / Solar and/or an equivalent in experience
• Strong understanding of solar PV and/or battery storage
• Proven knowledge of commercial and financial terms of renewable energy projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
