Salary: Value range 1: $74,962 - $85,052 plus superannuation
1 x Fixed Term (until 27/7/2017), Full-time (76 hours per fortnight)
This role undertakes specialist environmental reporting data management including the collection, collation, analysis and reporting for aspects mandated by Government Policy including FRD24, and associated energy management and environmental initiatives. It also identifies and advises on energy and water and other departmental environmental efficiency opportunities.
The Property & Asset Services Branch supports all Department of Health & Human Services business areas to manage a large and diverse property portfolio. The Branch is responsible for acquiring, maintaining and disposing of assets to ensure accommodation and services meet the needs of clients now and into the future. It also holds responsibility for the oversight of fire risk and environmental management for the department.
The Environmental Management Unit is responsible for a range of State and Commonwealth mandated reporting requirements, implementation of the department’s Environmental Management System, Energy Management, Climate Change Adaptation Policy and development, Environmental Sustainable design advice and project implementation on environmental sustainability initiatives, policy and strategy.
