CSIRO’s Northern Cattle Production team are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the team.

As the Research Project Officer, you will contribute to research projects that are focused on delivering solutions for the livestock industry in relation to reducing methane emissions from cattle and improving productivity. You will mainly be working with cattle in pen and paddock environments and preparing feed and diet supplements along with maintaining and cleaning the animal facilities.
The position will be based at CSIRO Agriculture and Food’s Lansdown research station, in Woodstock, QLD, commencing in early 2024.

Salary: AU$51k – AU$65k plus up to 15.4% superannuation
