Maternity Leave Vacancy to 29 June 2015

This position plays an important role in coordinating the delivery, monitoring and periodic update of Council’s various Sustainability Strategies and Action Plans. You will be actively involved with staff and the community in developing and delivering corporate and community programs and campaigns to raise awareness about living and working in a sustainable manner.

Of particular importance will be the monitoring and management of Council's energy and water data as it relates to Council's sustainability targets, greenhouse emissions reporting and to assist various Council areas to identify and use this data to improve sustainability outcomes.

You will have Tertiary qualifications in environmental management, environmental science, education or a similar field and combined with relevant substantial experience. Data management and good interpersonal skills also required.
