What we offer
Conditions of employment are in accordance with the City of Bunbury Employees 2018 Enterprise Agreement with a negotiated Level 5-6 salary range of $77,549 to $84,234 gross per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
The City has a rewarding opportunity for a suitably experienced and/or qualified person within our Contracts and Commercial team as a Senior Lands Officer. This role will provide coordination and management of leases and licences of City owned or Crown land managed by the City to community and sporting groups, commercial businesses, not for profit organisations and airport hangar holders. You will also undertake land management activities over City freehold and Crown land such as enquiries, ROW's, lane and road closures, acquisitions, disposals, amalgamations, subdivisions and land assemblies, while liaising and negotiating with City Officers and the public.
Applicants should hold a Diploma or Tertiary qualification in law, commerce, property management (or a related discipline) and/or relevant experience. Candidates with previous local government experience would be an asset to the role.
