This role will see you managing and conducting investigations, audits, trials and the design and delivery of new and replacement capital works and large scale operational projects, within Central Coast Council (CCC) treatment plants to improve operational performance.

This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

Key activities of this role include:

  • Project managing the investigation, design, estimation and implementation of assignments;
  • Assist with the development and maintenance an asset management program;
  • Performing regular inspections of work sites and document outcomes in Council’s inspection and hazard identification record system.

This role provides a commencing salary range of between $79.3k to $95.2k per annum dependent on skills and experience + 10.5% superannuation.

A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role.

Successful candidates may be required to undertake a course of vaccinations against Hepatitis A and B and Tetanus or demonstrate their immunity.
