About the Role

Our Concept Development team provide a range of environmental, planning and engineering services to enable the successful implementation of a wide range of capital and non-capital projects.

As our Planning & Stakeholder Approval Specialist you will facilitate the delivery of our capital works program by providing statutory planning expertise to the business. You will deliver positive outcomes by actively engaging and influencing stakeholders to obtain appropriate approvals and be an advocate of continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for:

Providing specialised professional advice to support project managers on the statutory planning issues.
Advising on statutory planning compliance of project contract management
Ensuring statutory planning approvals are complied with throughout project life cycles
Actively liaising with approval stakeholders, ensuring stakeholder and agencies’ needs are satisfied.
To be considered for this role you will have knowledge of the Victorian statutory planning system, legislation, regulation and frameworks and experience in preparing planning permit submissions.

Salary

The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 4, $89,915 – $113,619 base salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
