What will you do?

We are seeking highly experienced Environment and Planning Leader to join our Advisory business where you will play an integral leadership role in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of exciting and challenging projects across South Australia and Victoria.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

· Relevant tertiary qualification in the environmental field (post graduate qualification preferred)

· Comparable experience in a similar role with a focus on contamination / environmental assessment, management and remediation in a range of sectors including Transport Infrastructure, Defence and Power and Energy sectors

· Specialisation (or experience) in fields such as risk assessment or remediation design would be favourable

· Experience working with a range of technical specialists and stakeholders, including design teams and other environmental specialists - large project experience (such as a Joint Venture) would be favourable

· Experience in policy or strategy development

· Demonstrable existing client relationships across varied market sectors

· Experience in managing and leading project teams

· The ability to foster and evolve internal and external relationships

· Demonstrable experience in winning work activities

· A desire to make a difference

This role will have the opportunity to lead and guide a team in the delivery of standalone projects ranging in size and complexity up to and over $10 million. This role would have exposure and support to the global Aurecon network.
