Salary: AUD 104,985.00 per annum plus Superannuation (Remuneration stated is for the full-time position)
Employment status: Term Contract up to 31 January 2020 with opportunity for extension
Employment arrangement: Full-time
Location: Sydney CBD
Option to work under a 19 day month arrangement

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, innovative and experienced Project Coordinator to deliver key projects under the City's 'Leave Nothing to Waste - Waste Strategy and Action Plan'.
The main project you will be responsible for is to deliver the City's new community recycling centre.
The role will design, manage, implement, communicate and evaluate high quality waste management projects and services that meet resource recovery and/or sustainability objectives and will engage with the community and collaborate with stakeholders to work towards a zero waste future.
You will be a self-starter with advanced problem-solving and communication skills, tertiary qualified in environmental management or related discipline with a detailed understanding of waste management practices, trends and opportunities in a local government context.
You will be a sound strategic thinker with a proven track record for transforming strategic actions into on the ground solutions, within time and budget. Experience managing contractors, developing engagement programs and delivering environmental initiatives are also essential.
