About us:

About the role:

You will be responsible for managing the operational planning and control of CHW’s water resources, optimising their reliability, quality, movement and use. You will manage a dynamic team of water resource operators ensuring their safety in the complex, remote and often isolated operation of critical CHW infrastructure.

About you:

Safety is our No. 1 priority and we expect you will actively contribute to, and foster a 'safety first' culture that supports our aspiration of zero harm – this means you care deeply about the physical and psychological safety of people so that our team return home in great shape at the end of the day.

If you have:

  • Proven experience in leading field-based operators undertaking monitoring
  • Demonstrated field experience in hydrological monitoring or water resource management
  • High level of written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
