Customer Resolution Officer 

THIS IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A LEADING ORGANISATION IN A VIBRANT REGIONAL CITY.

Reporting to the Coordinator Customer Enquiries, you will be working as part of a high performing team and will be responsible for:

  • Managing Central Highlands Water's complaints processes, including its interface with the Energy and Water Ombudsman's Office;
  • Resolving complex customer enquiries;
  • Managing under excess insurance claims, water restriction initiatives, necessary enforcement and exemption activities; and
  • Driving change in the way CHW delivers customer service to meet customer expectations.
