Chief Information Officer

Central Highlands Region Water Corporation (CHW) is a regional water corporation based in Ballarat and delivers essential and sustainable water and wastewater services for a regional population of approximately 137,000.

Tertiary qualified with demonstrated people leadership, you will have broad industry experience leading effective ICT operations and advanced knowledge of operational business systems (including GIS, Asset Management and SCADA). You are a strategic thinker and true business partner with a strong appreciation of risk management and project controls in a commercial environment.

High level communication and negotiation skills enable you to build effective stakeholder relationships. Above all, you are a successful people leader with the ability to build high-performing teams, motivate people and provide appropriate direction, guidance and support.

Reporting to the General Manager Business Services, this is a critical leadership position that has responsibility for leading and managing change in the provision of strategic and operational Information Technology (IT), Records Management, and business system administration advice and support across Central Highlands Water.
