The Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and experienced Water Treatment Operator for a 3 month project with potential for extension located in Moranbah & Dysart.

Responsibilities would include

• Operation and maintenance of Wastewater & Recycled Water Treatment Plants
• Ability to take accurate numerical readings and measurements
• Ability to write clear incident reports and complete log sheets
• Competent in the use of computer applications, such as Word, Excel and Email
• Undertake sampling, respond to and manage exceptions in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and other requirements (EPA, etc.)
• Water and effluent quality
• Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm
• RDO every fortnight or opportunity to work OT
• Moranbah & Dysart

Skills/Experience

• Current Drivers Licence (Mandatory)
• Certificate III in Water Industry Operations
• Construction card (Blue/White)
• Competent verbal & written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Efficient; organised & able to prioritise competing tasks
• Ability to work on call as required
